2. What personal data we collect
When you contact us through our inquiry form, WhatsApp, email, or phone we collect:
- Your name;
- Your email address;
- Your WhatsApp or phone number;
- Your destination interest, approximate dates, group size, preferred hotel category;
- Anything else you choose to share about your trip.
When you book a trip we also process:
- Passport details (only where required for hotel bookings or e-visa applications);
- Payment records for accounting purposes (we never store your card details — see below).
3. How we use your data
We use your information solely to:
- Reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposed itinerary;
- Book accommodations, transportation, and services on your behalf;
- Send booking confirmations, invoices, and travel documents;
- Contact you during your trip if changes or emergencies arise;
- Process refunds if applicable;
- Comply with tax and accounting obligations under Georgian law.
We do not send marketing emails or newsletters. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or analytics tools on our website. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis for processing
- Performance of a contract — to deliver the trip you booked;
- Compliance with legal obligations — for tax and accounting records;
- Legitimate interest — to respond to your inquiry.
5. Who we share your data with
We share your data only with parties strictly necessary to deliver your trip:
- Hotels, drivers, guides, and activity operators on your itinerary, limited to the information each needs for their specific service;
- Formspree, the third-party service that delivers our website contact form submissions to our inbox;
- TBC Bank / Flitt, the payment processor — only when you choose card payment;
- The tax authorities of Georgia, as required by law.
Card details are processed entirely on the TBC Bank / Flitt platform and never touch our servers.
6. How long we keep your data
- Inquiry data where no booking was made: 6 months, then deleted.
- Booking data: until your trip is completed plus the retention period required by Georgian tax law (currently 6 years).
- Payment records: as required by tax law.
7. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Have inaccurate data corrected;
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements);
- Object to processing or withdraw your consent;
- Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

8. Cookies
Our website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.
9. Website security
Our website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted via Formspree. Payment card data is processed entirely on the TBC Bank / Flitt platform and never stored or handled by Kaihost.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
